Hi. And at the cost of repetition, after all...
Muzaffarnagar is the administrative headquarters of Muzaffarnagar District and lies on the banks of River Kali. It is a fast developing town in Uttar Pradesh, in terms of business, agriculture and small-scale industries. Muzaffarnagar is 120 km northeast of New Delhi. Muzaffarnagar was founded by Khan-e Jahan in 1633. He named the city after his father, Muzaffar Khan. Milk production is the major source of revenue of the town. Most of its produce is traded in Delhi. Nearest airport is the Indira Gandhi International Airport at New Delhi. Muzaffarnagar Railway Station is on the Saharanpur- Meerut line. The National Higway 58 passes through Muzaffarnagar.

Hi. I too am an NRI based in UK and originally from Muzaffarnagar. I agree with Mr. Paramdeep Singh and everytime I travel, the ride from Delhi Airport to home is killing. Wish there was better infrastructure. Mr. Paramdeep, thanks for raising this .

Hi. Do not get me wrong. I too love the city and like the following mentioned by Akashji also earlier
1. One of the highest GDP & per capita income in the country. 2. Most conveniently located. ( Just 118 Kms from Delhi AIRPORT, 82 Kms from Haridwar, 118 Kms from Dehradun, 148 Kms from Mussoorie) 3. Has two famous rivers Ganga & Yamuna on its two sides supplying enough water for irrigation.

Hi. I too agree with Mr. Paramdeep. Some of us staying in the town find it cumbersome to travel to other Metros. The drive to Delhi Airport takes forever. Wish there was better facilites. Thank you for raising it Mr. Paramdeep.

Hi. Agree that Muzaffarnagar has not got its due. I drove to see my home town from Delhi Airport but the traffic and the roads are so poor.
Wish there was better infrastructure.

Although this District Headquarter produce the highest agriculture GDP for the state of Uttar Pradesh. But the heritage and culture legacy of this particular region is not recognized. I left this place 26 years back but feel hurt to listen bad about this place. Advise to the local dignitaries and leadership to bring some sense of responsibilities to the local people not to do any untoward activity to spoil the name of our prestigious city. Thanks
